What Is TeamDoctor?

Team Doctor is a collaboration between Team-i, a highly successful Teamwork and Leadership development organisation and The Sound Doctor, the UK’s leading source of health education for patients using films, animations, interactive e-learning programmes and podcasts.

The Team has considerable high level management experience, members having delivered major change programmes, achieved revenues of £100m plus over a five year period and sold companies worth several million pounds. It also consists of award winning former BBC journalists producing world class content which is very well evaluated, widely endorsed by leading NHS healthcare professionals and has very high satisfaction ratings from users.

The Senior Team

Dominic Arkwright is an award winning reporter who worked at the BBC for more than 20 years, mostly on Radio 4 's Flagship current affairs programme, Today, as well as Newsnight and The PM. Programme. He hosted two of his own discussion programmes – ‘Off the Page' and 'The Call' on Radio 4, and made a number of substantial documentaries.

Rosie Runciman also worked at the BBC for more than 20 years on Radio 4's Today programme, Newsnight, Radio 5 Live and at The World Service. She was Editor of Newshour with a global audience of over 40 million and won Sony awards for programme content for 9/11 and the fall of the Berlin Wall.

Tim Thurston is an experienced Managing Director and business leader, with over 30 years of management experience. Most of Tim’s career has been in publishing, where he has been managing director of five different business. These have included magazines, newspapers, radio and local TV stations. During Tim’s career he has led and developed teams to achieve consistent success. He established a reputation for developing people and successfully managed several change programmes.

He has attended the Henley School of Management and Cranfield Business School. He is also a qualified football and cricket coach.

Tim launched Team-I in 2017, using the success of elite sport as the narrative for helping companies to embed the key elements of successful teams into their business.

 

Marcus Jones is an experienced Henley Management College trained Managing Director, qualified high performance coach, mentor and NLP practitioner.

He joined up with Team-I to focus on high performance coaching. He is a wellness and mental health advocate. Areas of special expertise and study are; Positive Psychology, Neuroscience and Biohacking.
